Transparently, regaining weight last year was pretty frustrating because I never stopped going to the gym consistently (& my diet didn’t drastically change) so I was so so confused as to what I was doing wrong 😭. From a hormonal perspective, I think my BC played a huge roll in the gain (more on that later), & I overall just hit a annoying plateau. Even still, I didn’t give up on myself, I made some lifestyle changes and overall became so much more intentional with my fitness journey again and I’m finally seeing the results I wanted to see 🥹. Still have ways to go from the goal I set for myself but just incredibly excited and proud of myself to be back on track again!
